Suzuki has refreshed the Burgman Street with meaningful upgrades that focus on technology, convenience, and everyday usability. Built on an Access-derived platform, the updated maxi-style scooter retains its comfortable character while adding features that make it feel more premium and modern.
The new Burgman Street now comes equipped with keyless ignition and a multifunction key fob, adding a touch of convenience to daily rides. Higher variants get a crisp TFT display, while lower trims continue with an LCD unit. Suzuki has also tweaked the styling, highlighted by a more angular exhaust design that gives the scooter a sharper look.
LED lighting remains standard, and practicality improves with a tail-lamp-mounted fuel filler. This clever placement makes refuelling easier, especially in crowded fuel stations. The scooter continues to ride on 12-inch wheels at both ends, maintaining a balanced stance and comfortable ride quality.
Suzuki has increased underseat storage to 24.6 litres, giving riders more room for helmets or daily essentials. The addition of twin cubbies on the apron further improves practicality, while a USB charging port ensures your devices stay powered on the go. These small touches make a big difference for everyday commuting.
Powering the scooter is the familiar 124cc air-cooled engine producing 8.4hp and 10.2Nm. Suzuki has added a new starter clutch for quieter operation, improved 30–60kph acceleration, and retuned the exhaust for a more refined sound. These updates enhance ride quality without altering the scooter’s reliable character. The Burgman EX variant continues unchanged.
The updated Burgman Street is priced between Rs 1.02 lakh and Rs 1.13 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). TFT-equipped variants are offered in dual-tone colour options, while the LCD trims come in single-tone finishes.
With improved tech, added practicality, and subtle design updates, the new Burgman Street strengthens its position as a comfortable and feature-rich urban scooter built for everyday convenience.
